[Opendiscussion] CC Pootle translation

Hello,

It's been a while since I sent an email to ask for translator privilege at 
CC Pootle for Vietnamese 
<http://translate.creativecommons.org/vi/index.html>. How has it been? I 
would like to unofficially translate at least the Unported Deed into 
Vietnamese. You can see how many languages are available 
<http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/> although some languages 
haven't had the local legal licenses yet. I hope that Vietnamese Wikipedians 
have a chance to understand the license of Wikipedia's content.
